Traditional software stores files. Atlas models how they relate. A person owns units in an entity. The entity is governed by an agreement. The agreement conditions an approval. The approval authorizes the instruction Atlas transmits to a third-party payment provider for processing; Atlas records the confirmation against the obligation.

Regular Holding is not a bank, money transmitter, broker-dealer, custodian, fiduciary, or lender, and does not hold customer funds.
