Your data, and what we do with it.

Atlas is operated by Regular Holding LLC ("Regular Holding," "we," "us,"). You can reach us at hi@regularholding.com.

• Account information you provide (name, email, business details).
• Client, entity, and financial records you upload into Atlas.
• Payment and payout metadata processed through Atlas.
• Usage information such as pages viewed and actions taken, used to operate and improve the service.
• Standard technical data (IP address, browser type) used for security and reliability.

• To provide and operate Atlas.
• To respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
• To secure the service and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and your consent where required by law. [replace] Confirm with counsel that this matches how you actually process data.

We share data with the following categories of processors:

• Supabase — application database, authentication, and file storage.
• Cloudflare — hosting, edge network, and DDoS protection.

A current subprocessor list is available on request.

We retain customer data for as long as your account is active. On account termination, data is deleted or anonymized within a defined window. [replace: state your retention period, e.g. 30 or 90 days].

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email hi@regularholding.com to make a request. We respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
